A steel bed rail that extends to three lengths and pivots down 180° so it folds completely out of the way during the day. Fits traditional beds with 8–16 inch mattresses. 300 lb capacity, ASTM F3186-17 certified.
The bed rail pivots down 180 degrees, folding flat against the bed’s side when not in use. At night, it locks upright for fall protection; during the day, it’s out of the way for making the bed, sitting on the edge, or transferring. The rail also works as a support handle for getting in and out of bed.
The rail extends to three positions — 26, 32, or 38.5 inches — so the coverage length adjusts to the user’s needs. Rail height is 22 inches from the base of the mattress.
It attaches to the bed frame with an included safety strap and fits mattresses 8 to 16 inches thick, covering everything from a standard innerspring to a pillow-top. It works with traditional beds — box spring, platform, or slat — but is not compatible with adjustable base beds.
We include a two-pocket organizer pouch to keep a phone, glasses, or remote within reach. The frame is black powder-coated steel and weighs 17 pounds.
