Additional information

Most rollators adjust only at the handles. This one also adjusts at the seat, which is what determines whether the user can sit down and stand back up without help. It’s the model to look at when fit is the deciding factor — a short user, a tall user, or someone who has struggled to get comfortable on a standard frame.

Seat and Handle Height Both Adjust

The seat sets to three heights and the handles adjust independently. Both use push buttons, so the adjustment takes seconds and needs no tools. Seat height matters because a seat that sits too low makes standing up harder, and one that sits too high leaves the user’s feet off the floor and unstable. Handle height should put the grips at wrist level with the user standing upright, arms relaxed.

We set both before the rollator leaves the store.

8-Inch All-Terrain Wheels

Eight-inch wheels on a wide base handle pavement, thresholds, carpet, and packed dirt. They’re larger than the casters on a basic rollator and smaller than the 10-inch wheels on our Hot Rod model, which puts this frame between the two: more capable outdoors than a compact rollator, easier to manage indoors than a full outdoor unit.

Folds in Half

The frame folds front-to-back rather than side-to-side, and a pin locks it in the folded position so it stays closed while being carried or lifted into a car. A folded rollator that springs open in your hands is the usual complaint with cheaper frames.

Brakes

Locking hand brakes. Squeeze to slow the rollator while walking; push the levers down to lock the wheels before sitting. Brake reach and grip effort are worth testing in person, particularly for users with limited hand strength.

Standard and Petite

The frame comes in two sizes. Petite is not simply a shorter standard — the whole geometry is scaled, which matters for users under about five feet four. If you’re unsure which applies, come in and we’ll measure.
